FAQs For Attending Performances at the Fitzgerald Theatre

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

  • No, this is an all-ages show.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

  • The Fitzgerald Theatre is accessible by T, Bus, and a short walk from Harvard Square Station. There is some on-street parking in the area. The CRLS underground garage will be open and free of charge. The entrance to the garage is under the school/tennis courts on Ellery St. You will need to walk around the building to the Arts Building entrance off of Cambridge Street.

What can I bring into the theatre?

  • No food or drink is allowed in the Fitzgerald Theatre.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

  • Call (617) 349-6788 or visit the website vpa.crls.us

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

  • A digital version of your ticket(s) will be sent to your email for use on your mobile device or to print in advance and bring with you. You are not required to print your physical ticket and can show your digital ticket(s) on your mobile device at the doors to the theatre.

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

  • Yes, we just need to ensure that everyone who attends an event has a ticket.

What is the refund policy?

  • All sales are final and we cannot provide refunds for any tickets purchased. If you are no longer able to attend or do not need as many tickets are originally purchased you may contact the box office to donate your ticket(s) to a community member.

Is it OK if I am late to a performance?

  • Performers and Audiences prefer you to be on time as it is a distraction when late patrons are trying to find their seats. Please make every effort to arrive on time as we are a volunteer-run front of house. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager depending on the event. In the event of a sold-out performance, seats not occupied 10. minutes after the start of a performance may be forfeited and given to patrons on standby.
